BabyPathway digital guides are browser-hosted educational resources. They are not physical products and do not constitute a clinical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment plan. Access is granted immediately upon confirmed payment.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel. However, this right does not apply where digital content has begun to be supplied with your agreement before the end of the cancellation period, and you have acknowledged that you lose your right to cancel as a result.
Because our guides are digital products with immediate access, we do not offer refunds once the content has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it promptly.
All prices are in GBP (£) inclusive of any applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your card or payment details.
All content is the intellectual property of Apple Tree Osteopaths and Felicity Bertin. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence for private, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, share, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from the content.
BabyPathway guides are educational resources only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about your baby's health, consult your GP, health visitor, or a registered healthcare professional.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apple Tree Osteopaths is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the information in our guides. Our total liability shall not exceed the price you paid for that product.
Information collected at purchase is used to process your order and deliver your guide, and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see below). We will not sell your data to third parties.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
